An employee in the Uber office in Amsterdam has been arrested, after failing to deliver information to the Dutch Transport Inspectorate.
Last week, the Dutch Transport Inspectorate raided the Uber office in Amsterdam, in order to find out how big the UberPop service. To that purpose, the administration was seized.
UberPop has been declared illegal in the Netherlands by a judge.
The Inspectorate visited the office again, to get more information. The Uber employee from which they asked the information did not cooperate. This is an offence, and subsequently he was arrested.
