Today the yearly Michelin stars have been awarded for the Benelux, on a conference in Maastricht.

Amsterdam lost one star (Restaurant Vermeer went down from 2 stars to 1), and gained one (Restaurant Ciel Bleu on the 23rd floor of the Okura Hotel).

Unchanged were the stars of La Rive (in the Amstel Hotel), Cristophe, Sichuan Food, Van Vlaanderen and Yamazato Restaurant.
