And.... closed already: YadaYada market installs heating a.s.a.p.

The new indoor food market Yada Yada, which opened its doors on November 15, has closed again.
There is a heating problem.

YadaYada is a very large indoor food market, comparable to the Amsterdam food markets the Foodhallen and the World of Food.
Part of the concept is that the food market offers a large hall to hang out, with various food stalls, run by different owners and cooks. First you buy whatever you like to eat and drink, and then you find a place to eat it.
It's quite popular, and the opening day of YadaYada was a success.

A spokesperson told us that the heating of the old large industrial building was not adequate. They're now going to install heating, and in the meantime the market is closed. Indication for now: this may take until the spring of 2016, hopefully earlier.

YadaYada ferry connection
A special ferry connection had been set up, to connect Amsterdam Central Station with the Hembrugterrein, where YadaYada is located. It is unknown at the time of writing whether this ferry connection will keep operating.
