Amsterdam launches information film about white heroin

The City of Amsterdam has published an official information film about the 'killer coke', the cocaine that is really heroin, and that caused three deaths in Amsterdam recently.

It advises to ignore street dealers, to avoid any risks.
The film also explains the availability of a special test that tourists can use to see if there coke contains heroin. The test is available in 30 smartshops in central Amsterdam.

The film ends with an assurance that you will not get arrested for using hard drugs, or for reporting any heroin that you found.
