Ajax Experience Amsterdam to close down

Amsterdam will lose an attraction: the Ajax Experience is going to close down.

Not that many people will complain, though. The attraction, which opened in 2011, never drew many visitors.

The Ajax Experience is an exhibition about the Amsterdam soccer club Ajax.

There had already been complaints that it was too expensive, and that the location was wrong: according to many, this should have been in the ArenA Stadium, the home of Ajax.

The Ajax Experience will close as of August 1.
