The famous painter Rembrandt van Rijn used to live in this house from 1639 to 1658.
In the Rembrandt House a reconstruction has been made of how Rembrandt used to live and work.
The museum also houses a large collection of his drawings and etchings.

The museum is closed on April 27 and Dec 25. On January 1 they open at 11am.
