Unions have announced a strike of public transport companies in Amsterdam and Utrecht.
The strike will take place on Thursday morning. Between 5am and 8.30am there will be no buses, trams and metros in both cities. In Amsterdam, the strike only concerns the GVB, the Amsterdam municipal transport company.
Regional bus lines (like operated by Connexxion or EBS) are not affected.
Also, trains will run as scheduled.
The strike is because of an agreement about wages and pensions.
