Shell, market leader in the Netherlands for gas (petrol), raised the price at the gas stations for the third time this week.
'Euro unleaded' will now cost EUR 1.319 per liter, and 'Super plus' will be EUR 1.373 per liter.
The new price record is caused by the rising price of crude oil on the world oil market (apparently also caused by the explosion yesterday in a refinery in Texas).
