Pancake cruise boat through Amsterdam harbour

A new cruise boat will start its services on May 5.

The Pancake Boat (website in Dutch only) will tour the Amsterdam harbour regularly, and during the tour you can eat as many pancakes as you like.
The regular tours take 1 hour. Departures are on Saturday and Sunday 1.30, 3.00, 4.30 en 6.00pm. On Wednesday and Friday: 4.30 en 6.00pm.

The Pancake Boat only tours the Amsterdam harbour, not the canals in the centre of Amsterdam. The tour takes you to the Eastern Harbour area and back to its starting point, giving you an opportunity to see the harbour area north of the Central Station.

Every Wednesday afternoon there is a special children party, and on Saturday evening there is a special romantic Pancake Cruise (from 8-11pm).

Departures are from Ms. van Riemsdijkweg, across the IJ (the water behind the Central Station). To get there, you can use the free ferry 'NDSM veer', at the back of the Central Station (located at the west end of Central Station). This ferry takes you in about 10 minutes to the other side of the IJ.
