On July 10, the Greenpeace action ship 'De Sirius' is open for the public.
The Sirius participated 20 years long in various actions against seal hunting, whale hunting and illegal dumping of radioactive waste.
On the open day you can also get information about the way Greenpeace works.
The ship is located at the NDSM-wharf in Amsterdam North. This is easily reachable by the (free) ferry at the back of the Central Station, a 15 minutes boat ride.
There are several ferries behind Central Station. You need to get the one at the far west side, the 'NDSM veer'.
The ship is open from 2pm to 10pm.
