New attraction in Amsterdam: Dancing Cows

You would perhaps not expect it, but within the borders of Amsterdam are quite a few farms.
One of them has turned a yearly event into an attraction.

The farm 'Ons Verlangen' (Our Desire) will open the cow stables, so that the cows can freely enter the grass land.
This is much to the delight of the cows, that will run into the meadows, merrily jumping out of joy. With their weight, the cows can almost cause a little earthquake.

And everyone is invited to come and enjoy the spectacle. This is on Sunday, April 1 (not an April Fool's joke), at 12 noon.

The farm also has a cafe (the 'Ice Garden' - IJstuin), that will open on Sunday for the summer season. The farm also sells organic produce.

'Ons Verlangen' is located in the upper North part of Amsterdam, the rural North. It is about 8.5 km / 5.5 miles from Dam Square. See the map below for the exact location.
