The soccer match Netherlands-Argentina will be shown on a mega tv screen after all, but not in the centre of Amsterdam.
The location will be the ArenaPark, which is located close to the Amsterdam Bijlmer train/metro station.
The match starts at 10pm, and may last until approximately 1am. From the centre of Amsterdam you can take metro line 54 (direction Gein).
GVB announced extra long metro trains will be used, and line 54 will continue to run 1 hour after the end of the match, no matter how long the match will last.
Also, there will be longer night buses and an extra ferry boat at Central Station going to Amsterdam North.
The organizers expect about 30,000 spectators (there is space for about 60,000).
