The singer and photographer Lou Reed will open his photo exhibition on Wednesday October 10.
The exhibition is held in the gallery 'Serieuze Zaken Studioos'. The exhibition is called 'Lou Reeds New York'. The exhibition shows 'landscapes' from New York.
Lou Reed (65) became famous as a member of the rockband The Velvet Underground, and as solo artist with songs like 'Walk on the wild side' and 'Perfect day'. Not many people know he also has a passion for photography.
The exposition has, amongst others, pictures of the Empire State Building and a sunset over the Hudson River. Reed was inspired by Andy Warhol, Billy Linich and Wim Wenders.
The exposition lasts until November 15.
