This Hortus specializes in historical flower bulbs, which are no longer in commercial production. Some of the varieties go as far back as the 16th century.
The collection (started in 1924) consists primarily of tulips, daffodils and hyacinths, but there is also a small number of Fritillaria and crocus.
The Hortus can be visited in April/May, see the website for the exact dates, which vary per year.
