Three restaurants in Amsterdam have lost a Michelin star in the Benelux Micheling guide of 2006. In the Netherlands there are now 3 restaurants with 3 stars.
The restaurants that lost a star are Sichuan Food, Van Vlaanderen (both now without a star), and La Rive (went from 2 stars to 1).
In the Netherlands are now 3 restaurants with 3 stars:
Parkheuvelin Rotterdam
De Librije in Zwolle
Oud Sluis in Sluis.
