As of December 13, the Thalys train will be one hour faster in Paris.
From that date, the Thalys (the high speed train) will use the new high speed rail road that has been built in the Netherlands for this purpose.
The new railway connects Amsterdam Central Station and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport with Rotterdam, Antwerp, Brussels and Paris.
After December 13 the travel time from Amsterdam to Paris will be 3hr 18 minutes, and Schiphol Airport to Paris 3hr 2 minutes.
