Layout and Amenities
The apartment consists of 2 floors; kitchen and living on the first floor (above ground floor) and on the second floor, 2 bedrooms with bathroom in between them. Both floors have windows that open wide onto the canal in the front and balconies off the back. -The living room is furnished with a leather couch and chairs, a television with VCR, a stereo DVD and CD player with surround sound speakers.. - The kitchen, supplied with dishes and utensils for 6 people, is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, convection / micro-wave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and all other necessary supplies. - The bathroom has a shower and toilet, hairdryer is provided. - The master bedroom w/queen size bed (or 2 twins) has a large balcony at the back and the smaller bedroom on the canal side has 2 single beds that can be made up as a double and a canal view. - There's a washer/dryer and a phone line is available. - We appreciate smoking in moderation (or not at all!)
