The daybed/couch in the living room can become 1 double or 2 single beds, so the apartment can sleep 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large oven, gas stovetop as well as all other necessary utilities.
There is a CD/cassette player, television and VCR in the living room and a television in the bedroom.
The marble bathroom has a shower and bathtub and there is a separate toilet.
