Dockyard that is now a (small) museum (close to the Scheepvaartmuseum/Maritime Museum). Limited visiting hours, run by volunteers: only on Tuesday, from 10 AM till 3 PM. The website in Dutch.
This area used to be full of shipyards, that were created since the 17th century. In the course of the centuries, these disappeared one by one. Dockyard 't Kromhout was saved as a museum. The collection consists mainly of old engines, and the building itself.
