Toren is a temporary club/restaurant/cafe at the foot of the Overhoeks Tower across the IJ river.
It has a 24 hour license, and the restaurant/cafe has outdoor seating with a nice view over the IJ, toward the Central Station.
The place is temporary while the tall Overhoeks Tower above it is being renovated completely.
