Tonight at 7pm starts the traditional turning on of the holiday season illumination of the Bijenkorf department store, with a light show and street theatre.
The will be accompanied by street theater company La Fura dels Baus.
'The turning on the lights' event is held for the 7th time tonight.
The illumination consists of a record number of 600,000 lights.
The show starts at 7, on Dam Square.
