The Amsterdamtaxi project has been delayed with a number of months.
The new quality taxis (see also our previous news item) were scheduled to be introduced in June 2007.
However, the project has been delayed with at least 3 months. The most important reason is the fact that the city does not yet know how to enforce the quality standards.
Also, the participating parties could not yet reach a decision about the colour of the new Amsterdamtaxi.
