The American jeans producer Levi Strauss refuses to supply the clothing stores of America Today with new jeans.
America Today is locally known for selling Levi's below the standard retail price. Also, America Today allegedly sells Levi's to other stores.
The store has 3 shops in Amsterdam, at Sarphatistraat 48, and the shopping centres Kalvertoren (near Muntplein) and Magna Plaza (just behind the Royal Palace at Dam Square).
America Today denies the allegations, and demands that Levi starts deliveries again. If not, they threaten to take them to court.
