This museum opened in 2016. It displays various Dutch costumes from all over the country. The museum is in an old canal house along Herengracht (this makes it practically impossible to visit for visitors who have problems with stairs).
The costumes are displayed in 7 rooms of the house.

There is a studio where you can have your picture taken in Dutch Costumes (provided by the museum). The studio can also be visited separate from the museum. A separate fee applies.
