Every year Fifteen Amsterdam educates 25 to 30 youngsters with a large 'distance to the labour market' to be a host(ess) or chef.
The concept is set up by the famous tv chef Jamie Oliver, who set up a number of similar restaurants worldwide.
Fifteen is located along the IJ harbour, just east of the Central Station (about a 15 minutes walk from there).
The restaurant can cater for groups of up to 500 persons.
