Darkrooms in Amsterdam gay bars safer and cleaner

The city of Amsterdam expects to have an agreement with the gay bars and saunas to make the bars cleaner and promote safe sex more.

The agreement has been reached together with the city's health department and the Schorerstichting (a gay/lesbian health organization).

Part of the agreement is the free provision of condoms. A health insurance company is considering to pay for this.

The agreement is expected to start working by July of this year.
