Minister Eurlings (Transport) has said that he expects that flights can be resumed from tomorrow morning 8am.
However, this is not certain; the Minister of Transport is not the person to decide this. Later on the day there will be more clarity.
It is clear that there is movement in Europe concerning the flying prohibition. Various air companies have carried out test flights, and reported that the plane engines were not damaged. The air companies want to start flying again.
European Union commissioner Kallas (of Transport) has said that no risks will be taken with passenger safety.
In the meantime, the Dutch airspace still remains closed until further notice.
